Encryption

With a SafeCom Pull Print solution, all documents are encrypted while they are stored on the print server. Additionally, if you are worried that confidential documents may be intercepted while travelling over the network, SafeCom has a solution which protects against such possible security breaches.

How does it work?

SafeCom encryption protects print data on the network from the moment the user clicks print on his computer and until the document is collected at the printer. This also prevents anyone from reading the documents, should they be intercepted on the network. Documents are always encrypted when they reside on the SafeCom G2 Server.  

SafeCom Encryption only functions with SafeCom Pull Print.
