Easy and Clean

Every year, the 36 facilities of Brabant Water N.V. deliver 175 million cubic meters of clean drinking and industrial water to 2,2 million consumers and companies in the province of North-Brabant in the Netherlands.

As with any public service, they were keen to rationalize costs, and in the head office, in `s-Hertogenbosch, an obvious candidate was the consolidation of their printer pool. Instead of a printer in each office, they wanted to change to HP LaserJet 9000 MFPs - with scanning, digital sending and copying - located in central locations throughout the building. But at the same time, they did not want to sacrifice personal and secure access to printouts.
