What is the Print Tracker?

SafeCom Print Tracker is a program that is installed on the print server.

Over a period of 30 days the Print Tracker registers the following data free of charge:

  • Paper and toner consumption
  • Color print and black/white
  • Type of print, for example webprint, e-mail and other applications.
  • Printer performance and number of users 

The Print Tracker has a built in 60 days license, but we recommend that the monitoring period is limited to 30 days - with an option to extend it for another 30 days.

The Print Tracker is a monitoring tool that connects to the company's print server and registers all print activity in the organization for an unlimited number of printers.

Data is extracted after the agreed monitoring period, and the SafeCom partner prepares two reports:

  • Customer Print Profile
    Overview of the current print situation
  • ROI Calculation
    Overview of savings and ROI
