Before entering a relationship and to ensure the best possible introduction to the SafeCom solutions, competences and support we suggest going through the SafeCom Partner Introduction Program described below.
The program allows you to decide how we work together in order to match your business objectives, requirements and resources.
Introduction meeting
In this meeting key persons from the Partner and SafeCom discuss and agree on technical and commercial aspects of the future relationship in order to layout an initial plan for the cooperation. It is important to agree on tasks and resources needed to succeed together.
Sales & Technical Workshop
This ½ - day workshop goes through the sales & technical competences and resources needed by any company to sell, install and support SafeCom Printing Solutions successfully. The workshop explains the SafeCom business, organization, products and cases to explain and further help new and existing partners to be successful in their market.
We prefer that the partner take an active role in preparing this workshop.
Training and Certification
The relevant people assigned to the partner’s SafeCom business, attend relevant courses and finalize the exams. We see certification of key technical persons as a prerequisite for growing your business with SafeCom, and being successful in acquiring and retaining loyal customers.
Initial pre-sales support
When relevant staff has been certified SafeCom Support is available in connection with the first customer cases. SafeCom helps the partner with relevant pre-sales activities and support, such as access to demo-license and PoC support, quotation, configuration and design support and installation support.
