Terms and Conditions for SafeCom Online Payment

Ordering

Delivery time

Small quantity orders are normally in stock and can be shipped immediately after order placement. We aim to despatch the items held in stock within 3 working days from receipt of your order. SafeCom a/s will notify you by e-mail on the day your order is despatched. If you are ordering in the USA or other overseas territories, goods in stock should reach you within 5 working days of despatch.

Up to 20 units delivery time can be up to 14 days, unless otherwise specified.
From 20 to 100 units delivery time can be up to 30 days, unless otherwise specified.
Above 100 units ask for delivery time from order@safecom.eu.

How will I know that my order has been received?

We aim to confirm your order within 3 work days from receiving the order. For large quantity orders this may take up to 7 work days. This will notify you and confirm your order number. Please keep this e-mail in a safe place. 

The Contract

All purchases from SafeCom a/s are regulated according your Distribution agreement with SafeCom a/s. The terms and conditions as far as the binding nature of placing orders are governed by this contract. If you have not yet signed up with SafeCom a/s for a distribution agreement, please contact us via sales@safecom.dk

When will SafeCom a/s debit my credit card?

We will only take payment from your credit card on the day the goods are despatched and not before.

Missing Parcels

If you are concerned that your order has been despatched from us and, within a reasonable length of time, has not arrived at the postal destination of choice, please do not hesitate to contact us: order@safecom.dk tel.: +45 4436 0240.

Prices

All prices are according to the most recent price list that is being distributed to SafeCom partners. All prices are without VAT. Prices can be changed according to the terms stated in your Distribution Agreement.

Returns Policy

What if my parcel has been damaged in transit?

Please contact us by email or phone (order@safecom.dk, tel. +45 4436 0240) immediately upon receipt of the damaged package (and maximum 3 days after). We will then decide on the best action to take to ensure that you receive your replacement goods quickly and safely. This will not affect your statutory rights.

What if for other reasons, I am unhappy with the goods received?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the products you have received please contact us by e-mail or phone (order@safecom.dk, tel. +45 4436 0240) immediately upon receipt of your order, and describe the problem with the goods received. We operate a flexible and customer-friendly returns policy, but do require that the complaint is received and the goods returned within 30 days from receipt of goods. Always be ready to quote your order number when contacting our customer service department. This will ensure that your enquiry is dealt with quickly and efficiently. Depending on the reasons for return we may charge a handling fee for up to 10% of the purchase amount.

Your right to cancel – Distance Selling Regulations 2000

Under this section of Danish law, you have the right to cancel the contract for purchases of any goods supplied by us, providing you return them, clearly marked as Contract Cancellation, within the 7 working day 'cooling-off' period from the date of your receipt. Please ensure your order number is clearly marked on the package – this will enable us to refund you quickly for the value of the goods. Please note: if you choose to return the goods in this way, you will be liable for the postage charges from and to SafeCom a/s. It is recommended that you return the goods to us using a trackable or recorded delivery service.

Data Protection

SafeCom a/s will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but unless SafeCom a/s is negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.

Applicable Law

These terms of sales and the supply of goods will be subject to Danish law, and the Danish courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
